**About**

Project Lantern is set in a world where scientists have discovered a different dimension. In this dimension light reacts differently, and has been harnessed to generate a great amount of energy. However, unlike our world, where red, blue, and green work together in harmony and are harmless, green is very dangerous to the human body and should be avoided at all costs. Even with this risk scientists at Definitely Not evil inc decided to experiment with the newfound light. With this experiment they were able to trap light within lanterns. As a byproduct of this the dimension is beginning to collapse with green seeping through everywhere and you need to escape the testing facility with your fellow subjects before the collapse in 10 minutes.

**Game Jist**

Use Lanterns to activate colour coded sensors which are indicated by icons around the world by flashing your lanterns light at them. Doing so will cause a reaction with the light and cause the world to shift aiding your escape. To fully escape the facility you and your subjects must obtain two keys to open the main exit and use the minecart system to leave the forsaken dimension.

**Important**

This game is designed to be played with 2 players and not solo. However if you like chaos you can have up to 7 players in a game at once.

Ultrawide resolution is not supported and will result in the game being unplayable.

BUGS are FEATURES (Expect lots :))

If you drop a lantern off into the abyss there are pads located around the world that when walked over will spawn your last held lantern (Blue or Red). This is also useful if your party contains more than 2 players as only 2 lanterns are spawned at the beginning. You can drop your lantern on the floor, walk over the pad to spawn another, and then pickup your old one. These pads have a 10 second cooldown.
